What types of assessments does HI offer?
Three assessments: Personality (Big Five), Logic (cognitive ability and reasoning), and HI (intellectual humility, resilience, and stress behaviors). Use them individually or combine them based on the role.
How long do the assessments take?
Each assessment takes approximately 10–12 minutes to complete. All assessments use adaptive testing technology that adjusts to each candidate's responses, making the experience efficient and engaging.
Are the assessments scientifically validated?
Yes, our assessments are built on established psychological research and we hold DNV certification, a well-recognized third-party validation of psychometric quality and reliability.
Does HI integrate with our ATS?
We integrate with many leading ATS platforms. If we don't currently support your system, contact us to discuss integration options—we're continuously expanding our partnerships.
Is HI GDPR compliant?
Yes, we're fully GDPR compliant with all data stored exclusively in EU data centers. Candidates can exercise their data rights directly through the platform, and we provide complete data processing agreements.
How quickly do we get results?
