AI-Assisted Insight Functionality

HI Assessments uses AI-assisted tools to generate structured summaries, conversational insights, and analytical descriptions based on assessment results. All AI-generated outputs are advisory — they support professional interpretation and the participant's own understanding of their results, and do not determine employment outcomes.

What AI Does

What AI Does Not Do

  • Operate without human review in an evaluation process

Human Oversight

AI-generated outputs are reviewed by authorized professionals within the inviting organization — such as recruiters and hiring managers — as part of a human-led evaluation process. Human professionals retain full responsibility for all employment decisions.

The AI assistant for participants is not part of an evaluation process. Only the participant sees its answers. The inviting organization does not see the conversation. An automated check reviews each answer before the participant sees it, and we review a sample of conversations to check the quality and safety of the answers.

Data Processing

AI tools process pseudonymized identifiers and assessment data. No additional personal data — such as email addresses, full names, or contact details — is shared with AI service providers, except for information that a participant chooses to write in a message to the AI assistant.

Regulatory Alignment

We design our AI functionality in alignment with governance principles consistent with the EU AI Act high-risk system standards. This includes structured risk management, human oversight, transparency, logging, and continuous monitoring.
