AI-Assisted Insight Functionality
HI Assessments uses AI-assisted tools to generate structured summaries, conversational insights, and analytical descriptions based on assessment results. All AI-generated outputs are advisory — they support professional interpretation and do not determine employment outcomes.
What AI Does

Human Oversight
AI-generated outputs are reviewed by authorized professionals within the inviting organization — such as recruiters and hiring managers — as part of a human-led evaluation process. Human professionals retain full responsibility for all employment decisions.
Data Processing
AI tools process pseudonymized identifiers and assessment data. No additional personal data — such as email addresses, full names, or contact details — is shared with AI service providers.

Regulatory Alignment
We design our AI functionality in alignment with governance principles consistent with the EU AI Act high-risk system standards. This includes structured risk management, human oversight, transparency, logging, and continuous monitoring.
